{"id":12897,"date":"2019-07-31T13:01:25","date_gmt":"2019-07-31T11:01:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/frezzapartners.com\/?p=12897"},"modified":"2019-07-31T13:12:21","modified_gmt":"2019-07-31T11:12:21","slug":"litalia-e-la-scarsa-diffusione-dei-farmaci-no-brand","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/frezzapartners.com\/en\/litalia-e-la-scarsa-diffusione-dei-farmaci-no-brand\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;Italia e la scarsa diffusione dei farmaci &#8220;no brand&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>photo by  Brett Jordan <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agli italiani continuano a piacere i farmaci &#8220;griffati&#8221;, anche se i generici costano dal 20 al 50% in meno e hanno la medesima efficacia.  &#8220;Per favore non mi dia il generico&#8221; \u00e8 una delle frasi che i farmacisti sentono pi\u00f9 spesso dire dai loro clienti, ancora molto restii e diffidenti all&#8217;acquisto dei prodotti no brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal rapporto Osmed dell&#8217;AIFA, \u00e8 chiaro che nel 2018 solo il 30% degli 1,608 miliardi di euro sborsati per il ticket sui farmaci \u00e8 relativo alla quota fissa per ricetta (8 euro pro capite), e che il rimanente 70%, ovvero 1,126 milioni (18,6 euro pro capite) \u00e8 invece imputabile alla scarsa diffusione dei no brand. Non stupisce quindi che, secondo l&#8217;Ocse, Italia \u00e8 al penultimo posto su 27 Paesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fondazione Gimbe, integrando i dati del rapporto  2019, certifica questa tendenza al rifiuto del generico, tutta italiana.  <br>Nel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gimbe.org\/osservatorio\/Report_Osservatorio_GIMBE_2019.05_Ticket_2018.pdf\">report<\/a> della Fondazione Gimbe si calcola tra l&#8217;altro che la spesa per il  ticket dei farmaci \u00e8 aumentata del 12% rispetto al 2014.  Ma questo accade perch\u00e8 \u00e8 aumentato il numero di farmaci &#8220;griffati&#8221; e non la quantit\u00e0 dei pi\u00f9 economici  generici. &#8220;Spicca &#8211; sottolinea il presidente della Fondazione Gimbe, Nino Cartabellotta &#8211; l&#8217;ostinata e ingiustificata resistenza ai farmaci equivalenti nelle Regioni del Centro-Sud nelle quali si rileva una spesa per i farmaci di marca pi\u00f9 elevata della media nazionale&#8221;.<br>In particolare, la  regione dove si spende di pi\u00f9 pur di avere un farmaco di marca \u00e8 il  Lazio, dove si calcola una spesa per quelli di marca superiore di 24,7 euro pro capite all&#8217; anno.
